What happens if I don’t agree with the change of occupier date provided by the other occupier?

It is the responsibility of both incoming and outgoing parties to agree a changeover date. If an agreement cannot be reached, we will ask for additional documentation to support any dispute, such as a lease agreement or solicitors’ letter. If an agreement cannot be reached or a date proved, then this is a third party dispute and the change of occupier request will not be completed.
