How long does the change of occupancy process take?

We will accept or request further information about the initial change of occupancy request within 10 working days. To complete the move we need to have all the relevant information, so our online form has been designed to help and guide customers and consultants through this process.

If we do require further information about the change of occupancy request, we will provide you with an explanation and let you know what additional information is required.

Once we have received the relevant information, we will let you know it has been accepted and provide a timeframe of when the move will be completed.
